Image Description: An off-white pillowcase has been split open revealing a doubling of stains from where a head might rest. It’s hung high and horizontally on a black wall, the fabric dips slightly in the middle. Cascading from the fabric are numerous strands of handspun golden thread hanging down almost touching the wood floor. Short locks of straight dark brown hair are knotted all along each golden strand. They twist and turn, dancing despite stillness.
